The last week has seen a number of firsts for me–on the first day of summer and the hottest day in Boston this year, in temps between 95 and 97 degrees, I ran my first 5K (after 9 weeks of a walk/run program). My goal was to cross the finish line. I did…and I wasn’t last!  I’ve never been so hot in my life!
